The Sun Came Out!
Aquarium Field Trip information has gone home in the yoman today (blue sheet). We're looking forward to the "Staying Alive" program on November 10. Please send $11.50 to school to cover the cost of the trip. We do apologize for the expense, but VTT is dealing with a tight year financially.
Journals were completed in class today, so no new homework.
A few Castle in the Attic booklets still to come in (due: today!!)
Our Grammar Detectives activity in the computer lab is finished, so the intentional mistakes in the blog entries will be corrected today. Ask your students to show you www.wordle.net!

Typical Thursday - Happy October
Remember Science quiz tomorrow. Have text in class.
Reading Rainbow #1 (Picture Book) - Students, read over the assignment and bring your questions to class next Thursday. Choose the book you want to review. Be sure it was very special to you. Do not start your written assignment until after our discussion next week.

Students need to be reminded about the following Security & Playground Routines:
1. No rough play
2. Line up at gate as soon as bell goes
3. Follow adult leader on sidewalk
