Passing the Torch

The Grade 4's did a great job of introducing the Grade 3's to the Beth Israel Campus. Each Grade 3 student received a personalized card from a Grade 4 student. BI's Shannon kindly had a treat for all 100 students! Thank-you to all.

Have you been checking the blog for the secret riddle/question? If you know the answer, let me know tomorrow.

Activity Stations

We had a great day. We prepared our invitations for the Grade 3 Orientation tomorrow. We had a two period block for a variety of visual, spatial and puzzle challenges. We worked cooperatively with 2D & 3D activities. Great Stuff! "e"

Scrapbooks and folders "ss?" went home today. Be sure to admire all the highlighted work from the past year. The criteria sheet for report cards (stapled to folder) has some important information about how we arrive at the Grade 4 marks and final averages.

Clearance !!!

Reading Rainbow Biography projects look great! We will present our characters to each other tomorrow. No preparation needed.

Math Review sheets due Friday.

All Language Arts duotangs and workbooks are going home today. You'll be proud of how much lovely work the students have done this year. The Journals are especially precious. If there is incomplete work, the student was either away, or we didn't get time to complete the assignments. Workbooks can serve as excellent review on quiet days in the summer.

A few library books are still due into library. Report cards go out only when all books returned.
